About Miss Kyla
Professional Adventurer
I have always been a wildflower. Independant, Native to the area. I'm happy when I'm in the woods, meadows, wetlands, beaches. I grew up in the area and have spent countless hours outside on the trails. People have asked me, "how to you find these places?" I genuinely love what I do. This isn't just a job for me, It is my passion. I genuinely love what I do and care deeply about Nature and who I share it with. Being outside is home to me. Nature has been my ultimate classroom and continues to teach me. In return, I love sharing what I learn with the families who join us on adventures.
I founded The Nature Connection Club because of my deep connection to nature and my desire to get my own kids on the trails. I love meeting people from all over the south shore, and I make it my mission to provide memorable experiences for the kids that join our adventures. I am a certified nature educator and am certified in early education essentials in Massachusetts. I am also CPR, First Aid Certified and Water Safety Certified. I'm a mom of two wild boys 8 and 9 year olds who at times will be joining the club at our After School Adventures. When I’m not on the trails with the kids, I spend a lot of time researching and exploring new places and activities to help keep the club fresh, interesting and fun - which means returning families will discover something new every time they join me.
